She has vast experience in arts, with emphasis in “the voice as work instrument”. Also acts as Speech Trainer for Theater, TV and Cinema actors. As a Drama instructor, she worked on several TV Globo shows as Por Toda a Minha Vida - Elis Regina, Nara Leao, Dolores Duran, Raul Seixas and the upcoming Cartola, as well as the miniserie Dalva e Herivelto. She vocal-directed several plays..
As Executive Voice Coach conducting trainings, lectures and seminars in companies, including Agora-Brokerage House, Petros, Cemig, Banco do Brasil, Petrobras, Serpro, Alerj, Golden Cross, ESG, Attorney General of Military Justice, etc..

Art Director and Journalist
Graduated Visual Artist and Journalist, she created several works for television, film and theater, as director, art director and set design.
In theatre, she directed the Neil Simon comedy, God's Favorite and created several theatrical posters, including classics like Cyrano de Bergerac and The Taming of the Shrew.
She was also responsible for a number of short documentaries, advertising campaigns, corporate videos and art-directed award-winning short films as well as videographism videos for TV and cinema, 3D CG animation, CD-Roms and electronic media.
She illustrated more than 700 art flyers for the famous X-Demente party, as well as for the biggest e-music club in Rio, Cine Ideal, including international top Djs performance like Junior Vasquez (NYC), Peter Rauhofer (NYC), Victor Calderone (NYC) and others.

Director e Cultural Producer
Actor, writer, director and producer. Ronaldo got 5 nominations for Mambembe awards for directing the show Tip e Tap - Ratos de sapato (1993), wich is back for its 7th season at Teatro das Artes. He won a Sharp award for better show with Os Dragões (1995) and several nominations for Teatro dos Fantasmas and Pum – uma opereta romântica, an Arthur Azevedo’s play for a juvenal audience.
He created, in 2006, the Atelier de Criação e Construção Teatral , a project for artistic investigation and learning. That experience lead him to direct Francis Monthy play Romances e Karaokê wich was the open show for IV FIL. He also wrote and directed the comedies A Culpa é da Maçã and Sim ou Não, the first one had its debut at São Paulo in 2008, and both of them have premiere dates for 2010 at Rio de Janeiro.
He also creatad and produced the IV Avon Color de Maquiagem awards and the Space Live Music - a festival for eletronic music that had an audience of more than 10,000 people – and the label party NO BLAME.
As an actor , Tasso did several plays and soap operas at TV Globo. He also did a character on the blockbuster Meu nome não é Johnny and the lead role for Fumaças and espelhos from TV Brasil.
